Comprehensive Financial Projection Model (CFPM) Fall Workshops

CFPM 2024 Fall Workshop Details

ISFIS and Piper Sandler will again be hosting a series of workshops where you will have the chance to complete an in-depth five-year comprehensive projection model for your district. We will be utilizing the Comprehensive Financial Projection Model (CFPM) developed in partnership with our entities. The CFPM provides you with a five-year projection of property tax rates, unspent authorized budget, solvency ratio and a detailed aid and levy worksheet for FY 2026 through FY 2030. We will also cover customizable financial reporting templates, and you will leave with a district-specific 5-year presentation that can be shared with your Board and the public.

There is no charge for the CFPM basic software, included with ISFIS finance subscription; however, to cover the costs of the in-person conference and meal, we are charging a fee of $95 for the first person and $65 for each additional person from your district that attends one of the in-person sessions. Superintendents and business officials from the district are encouraged to join us at the workshop as a team. The virtual sessions are free for ISFIS Subscribers, though we strongly encourage in-person attendance for anyone new to the Model to allow for more personalized attention and support. Space is limited at both the in-person and virtual sessions, so please register in advance.

Registration

We encourage SBOs and Supts to attend as a team, but please complete one registration for each person who will be attending to ensure we have contact information for each attendee. Registration fees will be invoiced to the district by ISFIS after the workshop.  For questions, contact Jen Albers at ISFIS. The ISFIS Fall Workshops are concluded for 2024. Thanks to all who were able to join us. View the CFPM Subscriber Webpage for more information about the CFPM.
